A yoga, Pilates, and strength educator with over 15 years of experience — and the founder of Namaste Zone, where I have trained more than 100 yoga teachers who now teach within their own communities.
When I became pregnant in 2022 and experienced firsthand how profoundly the body changes during and after pregnancy, I chose to dedicate my study and practice to supporting mothers through safe, intelligent, and strength-based movement.
What I offer is not adapted from generic fitness. It is built entirely around the real physical demands of motherhood — prioritizing stability, strength, and long-term resilience in every trimester and beyond.
